Prior to focusing exclusively on management, Sean was a high-volume producer within several top-tier brokerage firms, including one of the three largest global commercial real estate companies. Throughout his career, he closed more than 150 multifamily transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume, giving him an unparalleled understanding of market cycles and asset valuation.
